Indie Addict Signing - Los Angeles 2017
In June and July of 2017, I was able to attend the first Indie Addicts Book Signing in LA. The conference was hosted by Author CK Green & Kingston Publishing on July 1 at the Hyatt Regency LAX in Los Angeles. There were more than 55 signing authors in attendance, and I had a wonderful time getting to know them all and networking with them. The room stayed packed most of the day, and I got to talk to so many readers throughout the day. The signing was a class act all the way--along with the hotel and many other places I visited during my time there. Getting to meet fellow author, Lynn Lamb, and seeing my friend Laura Daleo again were added bonuses. I chose to make the 3-day drive there and back, as I am terrified of flying and completely enjoyed spending time with all of the authors and my friends. Please, enjoy my videos and pictures from the trip below.
Let's get this signing done!
I love to go to signings in costume. It makes it more fun for both me and the readers!

A Little Bit About the Hotels - I always like to know if a hotel or restaurant is worth my time and money, so I always review. You can find all my travel reviews on TripAdvisor & Yelp:
Was a little hard for my liking. I need a softer mattress or my hips hurt and I toss, but it was still a nice bed.
The best part...
was the pool and hot tub downstairs and having room service after a very long drive while watching some Masterchef Junior
Loved the little Keurig
And having the fridge made keeping cream easy. The ingredients in whitener are GMO and lethal! lol
Cute lil mountain rest stop
I met the sweetest couple here! They were so nervous I was driving cross country alone (they don't know me very well...hehe
I told Lynn to pose and this random stranger stopped & posed with her to be funny. We loved it!
Knights Inn, LA
NO elevator. If you have trouble or a lot to carry do not stay here. I made 7 trips with book boxes/luggage up the stairs with NO help. Wouldn't stay here again
Red Roof Inn, San Dimas
Loved this hotel. The staff is read to attend to any need! That bed was COMFY!
